Conference costs 

 

  • Students - $70 plus 5% GST
  • Non-students - $90 plus 5% GST

What's included?

  • Your conference fee includes all meetings, breakfast, lunch and break snacks
    • Dinner is not included, nor accommodation. See Where to Stay for accommodation costs
  • Two social events:
    • Social Night at Hudson's on Campus - cost of food will be covered to a maximum TBA; drinks are your responsibility
    • Night at the Edmonton Fringe Festival - cost of show included
  • Pass to use all sporting and recreational facilities on campus
  • Door prizes

How to pay your conference fees

Pay online at the Activity Registration Zone. This is a fast, secure way of ensuring your fees are paid; you will be emailed a receipt.

To pay your fees electronically you will need a PIN and a code number. For EPOWC 2011, the code number is 18091.

  • To obtain your PIN, email activityreg@ualberta.ca requesting one, or phone 780-492-2231
  • This will enable you to access the site to register and pay securely 24/7
  • Go to www.activityreg.ualberta.ca
  • The code for the conference - which you will need to register - is 18091

By phone (credit card only)

  • Call the Activity Registration Zone at 780-492-2231
  • Receipt will be emailed

By cheque

Cheques should be made out to "University of Alberta." On the memo line please write "EPOWC 2011", and mail to
